The 2022 RAM ProMaster has a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine is an upgraded feature of the 2022 models. It boasts a nine-speed automatic transmission with a two-stage variable valve lift and variable valve timing. With 250 pound-feet of torque and 276 horsepower, this powerhouse of an engine still manages to create lower internal friction and reduced weight, all of which translates to the most efficient and perfectly capable vehicle for the majority of drivers.

The 2022 lineup not only features a high-performance engine, but several newly standard, easy-to-use features. The new ProMaster Chassis now comes with electronically assisted Electric Power Steering which alleviates excess load on the powertrain. A state-of-the-art Electronic Park Brake keeps the van in place when needed and automatically disengages when the van is put in drive or reverse. The 2022 RAM ProMaster series was made to work hard on the jobsite. With its Best-in-Class 4,680-pound maximum payload and its ability to go up to 10,000-miles between oil changes, this van gets the job done.

The front seating options include a reworked two-tone color scheme that adds sophistication to the look, as well as leather-trim upholstery options for the available swivel seating, available three-across bench seating and an available driver suspension seat. Also new to the 2022 RAM ProMaster series, the standard in-dash navigation system, Uconnect 5C NAV, can now be upgraded to include SiriusXM Radio with 360L Technology to keep you entertained and Amazon Alexa Skill to keep you connected.

When it comes to safety, the 2022 RAM ProMaster offers the most standard and available features of any RAM ProMaster. One of the available features is the Active Drive Assist System which helps drivers anticipate the unexpected by recognizing traffic signs, detecting a drowsy driver, assisting with speed control and even applying the brakes if needed. Another must-have safety feature is Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Path Detection. This feature is designed to help drivers avoid accidents both on the road and when backing up. As vehicles enter the van's blind spots, the driver is given visual alerts so that they can adjust accordingly.
